Gelcoat Repair and Colour Matching

This is an excellent course for a personal water-craft owner (or any fiberglass vehicle) or a boat club as it teaches basic repair tips for fiberglass crafts. During this course, attendees will work on the repair of a variety of minor fiberglass damage. Examples of these might be scratches, gouges and "shark-bites". This course will include hands on work in repairing gelcoat damage and matching gelcoat colour.

Fiberglass Repair

Cost $60.00 - materials and GST included
This course will look at major fiberglass repairs and the best methods and materials suited for each type of repair. Similar to our Gelcoat Repair and Colour Matching course, this class takes the principles learned there and extends them into more serious repair issues. Some examples of the repairs this course covers are: holes, cracks and replacement of core materials. This course will teach attendees to sport the problems as well as repair them. Hands on work will include making some sample repairs.

R.V. and Boat Tanks
(3 Hours - 6:30 to 9:30 pm)
Cost $50.00 - Materials and GST included
This course will look at both the legal and the construction requirements for potable water, grey water and fuel tanks. We will discuss the resins, materials and methods to create or repair these tanks. During the hands on portion of the class, attendees will make some sample tank sections.
