Our introductory course is designed for both novices and experienced fiberglass users who want to expand their product knowledge. This course will explain the use of fiberglass, Kevlar, Carbon and other fabrics available today. Attendees will have the opportunity to work with these materials using polyester and epoxy resins. We will discuss the best application for each material pairing and look at the costs of the different materials.

Project Planning - Estimating Materials and Costs

This course will look at choosing a project and finding a suitable place to work - discussing safety, ventilation and codes for working safely with toxic substances. We will estimate the square footage of a project, decide the materials needed and the cost of the materials. This is an ideal course for anyone considering a larger-scale fiberglass repair or build.
