Part One of this course will discuss the methods used to design body panels for the automotive market. Attendees will be guided in proper mold design, materials and preparation during this course. Part One will also identify the correct finishes and flanges needed to make an automotive mold.

Auto Body Panels - Part 2
(3 Hours - 6:30 to 9:30 pm)
Body Panels Mold and Part Making
Cost $60.00 - Materials and GST included
Part Two course will discuss and work on the preparation of parts and the steps to make a mold from a prototype. The hands on portion of the course will include waxing, gelcoat application and lay-up of a mold or a part.

Racing Car Body Panels
(3 Hours - 6:30 to 9:30 pm)
Cost $60.00 - Materials and GST included
This course will deal with fiberglass part with varying amounts of flexibility and their suitability for car parts in the racing circuit. We will address both molds and part-making and hands on work will include making flexible test patches.
